Game Description

Dungeons & Dragons (DND) is a fantasy tabletop role-playing game (RPG) originally designed by Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson. It was first published in 1974 by Tactical Studies Rules, Inc. (TSR). The game has been published by Wizards of the Coast since 1997. It was derived from miniature wargames, with a variation of the 1971 game Chainmail serving as the initial rule system. DND is a game of imagination, storytelling, and strategy.

How to use this tool

The most important piece is the Roll button above. It will roll all the dice listed in Options. If you want to change the type of option, you can click the Options dropdown to see the form. You can add as many dice groups as you want. You can also share the options with others by clicking the Share Options button. This will give you a link to the current options. You can copy and paste the link to share it with others. When they click the link, it will load the same options you have set up. You can also click the Show Sum checkbox to see the total of all the dice rolled. If you want to roll again, just click the Roll button again. If you click on any die, it will show a lock icon. Those won't get rolled again. Enjoy!

Some of the Available Games

Tenzi - Tenzi is a game where you try to roll your dice as fast as you can to match the same number. The game is played with ten dice, and the goal is to be the first to get all ten dice to show the same number. The game is complete when a player gets all ten dice to match.
Kismet - Kismet is a game with 5 dice where you try to get the best hand. The game is similar to Yahtzee.
Qwixx - Qwixx is a quick-playing dice game in which everyone participates, no matter whose turn it is. Each player has a scoresheet with the numbers 2-12 in rows of red and yellow and the numbers 12-2 in rows of green and blue. To score points, a player must mark off a number that is equal to or lower than the number of the last number in the row. The game ends when two rows have been locked or one player has locked four rows. The player with the most points wins.
